He was a Visi\u00adting Scho\u00adlar at the Uni\u00adver\u00adsity of Cambridge\u2019s Cen\u00adtre of Latin Ame\u00adri\u00adcan Stu\u00addi\u00ades in 2020. He holds a Ph.D. in Eco\u00adno\u00admics from The New Scho\u00adol for Soci\u00adal Rese\u00adar\u00adch and an under\u00adgra\u00addu\u00ada\u00adte and Master\u2019s in Eco\u00adno\u00admic Law from USP.
