Vic­tor Medei­ros is a PhD can­di­da­te in Appli­ed Eco­no­mics at the Cen­ter for Regi­o­nal Deve­lop­ment and Plan­ning (Cede­plar) at the Fede­ral Uni­ver­sity of Minas Gerais (UFMG), holds a master’s degree in Eco­no­mics from the same ins­ti­tu­ti­on, and a bachelor’s degree in Eco­no­mics from the Fede­ral Uni­ver­sity of Viço­sa (UFV). His rese­ar­ch inte­rests are in infras­truc­tu­re eco­no­mics, regi­o­nal eco­no­mic deve­lop­ment, and appli­ed econometrics.
