Pati­e­e­ne Pas­so­ni is a pro­fes­sor at the Ins­ti­tu­te of Eco­no­mics at the Fede­ral Uni­ver­sity of Rio de Janei­ro (UFRJ) and holds a PhD in Indus­tri­al and Tech­no­lo­gi­cal Eco­no­mics from the same ins­ti­tu­ti­on. Her rese­ar­ch inte­rests are rela­ted to struc­tu­ral macro­e­co­no­mics, with a focus on input–output models and topics such as eco­no­mic growth and deve­lop­ment, pro­duc­ti­ve struc­tu­re, and the environment.
